Luke Caspar Pearson is an Associate Professor at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, where he is the co-Director of the Cinematic and Videogame Architecture MArch programme. Luke is co-founder of the London based architectural design studio You+Pea with Sandra Youkhana. The studio’s work explores the integration of videogame technologies into architectural design through design research, consultancy and theory, including Luke and Sandra’s book Videogame Atlas: Mapping Interactive Worlds (Thames & Hudson, 2022). He has written widely on the relationship between architecture and games for journals and magazines such as Perspecta, Thresholds, eflux Architecture and FRAME. Luke is also editor of Architectural Design: Re-Imagining the Avant-Garde (Wiley, 2019) and Drawing Futures (UCL Press, 2016).
